About The Klamath ADU Model
The Klamath ADU model is a compact detached ADU that includes a lot. The model – which measures 36×21 and is 747 square feet – includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living space with an optional fireplace. This model is the basis for our recent ADU project in Pentaluma.
